This incredibly sophisticated beat machine gives you all of the layering, slicing, sampling, and sound-creation tools you need to make fully polished tracks. That's why BKE Tech loaded the Beat Thang with a collection of top-of-the-line samples, from funk guitars to award-winning keyboard licks, plus all of the drum sounds you could ever ask for. With its chromatic keyboard pad and side-mounted pitch shift and modulation wheels, it's easy to see that the Beat Thang was made to give you more musical control over your sounds than a typical groove workstation. Add to that on-screen waveform editing, a powerful Autochop function, and over 60 on-board effects, and it clear to see that no sound is out of reach for the Beat Thang!

Extensive I/O that's designed to be extremely flexible lets you use your Beat Thang in a variety of fun and creative ways. In addition to an XLR combo jack that lets you sample and record directly on the Beat Thang, it also comes equipped with MIDI for use with external controllers and sound modules. Want to load up your favorite samples? No problem, just connect your external hard drive via USB or load up your samples in one of the Beat Thang's SDHC slots.
