Shipping information

Most shipments within the USA arrive within 5 to 7 business days after ordered. Heavy orders that require a truck delivery can take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please add in the "notes & comments" at the time you check out that you would like expedited shipping. We offer next day, 2nd day, and 3-day shipping. ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY AND ARE NOT LEFT AT A DOORSTEP OR ALTERNATE ADDRESS.

123dj.com ships to the billing address on the credit card only. If billing address is a PO Box, then a physical address must be added onto the card prior to processing. If you would like your package shipped to a different address other then the billing address, then that address must be added to your credit card. 123dj.com ships only to a credit card verifiable address. There are no exceptions.

All products are shipped VIA FedEx ground service, unless otherwise specified.
