Description

The Technical Pro 8" Portable PA System with Rechargeable Battery & Wireless VHF Handheld Microphone is designed for portable live sound reinforcement applications. The built in wheels and carrying handle makes it easy to move the speaker to the ideal position and the option of either AC or 12 VDC power allow the unit to be run off of both home and car power sources when not using the built-in rechargeable battery. The battery can be fully recharged in approximately 8 hours.

The unit accepts .mp3 files from USB flash and SD cards up to 32 GB in capacity with the option of setting to repeat as well features an 1/8" auxiliary input and an RCA input pair. For voice amplification, it comes with a VHF wireless handheld microphone with a 75' range that connects to the speaker's built in VHF wireless receiver. Alternatively a wired microphone can be connected via 1/4" input with dedicated volume and echo controls.

For sound reproduction the speaker leverages a 700 Watt peak power amplifier into an 8" woofer with a 1.375" voice coil and a 40 oz magnet for lows and a horn tweeter for highs to deliver a frequency response of 80 to 20,000 Hz into an 8 ohm load with a sensitivity of 92 ±2 dB (1 W at 1 M). A perforated metal grill protects the drivers. The device comes with a remote control.
